The service
EstaSelect is an information platform for selected properties and local context. We are not an estate agent, seller or lender and do not arrange viewings or conclude property transactions. Contact: contact@estaselect.com.
Listings and analysis
Original sources are identified. Prices, availability, areas and photographs may change or need confirmation. Selection reasons and photo observations are research aids; they are not a valuation, legal verification or guarantee of condition or returns.
Before a purchase
Confirm the offer with its advertiser and obtain independent legal and technical checks. Financing and cost calculators show planning examples, not credit offers. For off-plan property, check the developer, permits, payment schedule and completion terms.
Your account
Accounts are for adults and require explicit registration and acceptance of these terms. Provide accurate details, protect your access and use the service lawfully. A visitor account never grants administrator privileges. Marketing emails are not enabled by registration.
Content and external websites
Photographs, listings and other materials belong to their respective rights holders. Do not copy or redistribute them without permission. External websites have their own terms; EstaSelect does not control their content or transactions.
Corrections and your rights
Report an inaccuracy, rights issue or question to contact@estaselect.com, including the relevant page. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Material changes will be identified with a new version.
Current private version: the operator’s full legal name, registration details and address must be added before public launch.
