Contact and scope
This notice describes the current EstaSelect service. For privacy questions or requests, write to contact@estaselect.com. Do not include property ownership documents, financial records or other sensitive information in a general inquiry.
What we process
We process your site-specific sign-in identifier, name, email, registration date and terms acknowledgment; saved properties, searches, price watches and messages you submit. Security records include administrator sessions and limited login-attempt data. We do not store your ChatGPT password; administrator passwords are stored only as a salted hash.
Purposes and legal bases
Account functions are provided to perform the service you request. Handling correspondence and preventing misuse rely on our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the platform. Registration does not create marketing consent; automatic marketing emails are not currently enabled.
Service providers and external content
Hosting and sign-in use OpenAI Sites/ChatGPT and Cloudflare. External photographs and maps may send normal network data to their providers; opening a source or route takes you to a separate website. Providers may process data outside the EEA under their applicable terms and transfer safeguards. We do not sell account data or automatically forward inquiries to property advertisers.
Cookies and retention
Necessary sign-in and security cookies support access; the administrator session lasts up to one hour. Browser storage keeps device-local favourites and comparisons. Account data is kept while the account is used; correspondence and security records are retained only as needed for their purpose and applicable legal obligations or claims. Signing out does not clear device-local preferences.
Your choices and rights
You can remove saved searches or price watches and export your account records. Request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, or object where applicable, at contact@estaselect.com; we may need to verify identity. You may complain to Bulgaria’s Commission for Personal Data Protection or your competent supervisory authority.
Current private version: the operator’s full legal name, registration details and address must be added before public launch.
